Southern Palate is our platform to share the stories of the Southern culinary arts, celebrate our community and region, and create an enriching and educational experience for our ticket holders. Our hope is to bring recognition to the South’s culinary scene, to create meaningful partnerships, to act as stewards to our communities, and use food and beverage as the powerful connectors and storytellers that they are.

On Saturday, March 21st over 30 chef tents and fine wine and top-shelf spirits stations sprinkled under the oak trees in Lafayette Park. As the sun sets over the Mississippi River the main stage comes alive with music and dancing.
